The employee must be a born-again Christian with spiritual maturity and leadership abilities that will enable him/her to share God’s truth. General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Jupiter Christian School Admissions Coordinator will assist with daily operations and annual Admissions events and initiatives. This individual must be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to communicate effectively within the team, across divisions, and with prospective families.
This employee is a Full-Time, 12-month Employee who reports to the Director of Admissions.
Essential Job Requirements
– Serve as a member of the Jupiter Christian Admissions team by promoting Jupiter Christian School within the school community and with prospective families
– Represent Jupiter Christian School at Admissions events hosted both on and off campus, including but not limited to Rising Eagles Events, School Fairs, Testing Days, and Open Houses
– Demonstrate general knowledge of Jupiter Christian School’s mission, programs, and curriculum
– Utilize sound judgment during phone calls and demonstrate a working knowledge of the Admissions process and school policies
– Respond to inquiries, emails, and phone calls promptly
– Offer a high level of service with excellence and follow-through
– Support the Admissions Process from Inquiry to Enrollment and gather required documentation for File Review
– Ensure student records for current and incoming students are accurate and complete
– Utilize the Enrollment Management Portal to input inquiries, build applications, and report on weekly enrollment metrics
– Work with the Director of Admissions to coordinate Testing Days, register students, and prepare deliverables
– Serve as an Admissions Test proctor and organize data follow-up
– Build and Maintain School Forms to support the enrollment process of the school across campuses
– Support the reporting cadence established by the Director of Admissions
– Oversee Home Athlete Enrollment Periods and Provide Weekly Updates for the Director of Admissions
– Maintain digital student files and assist with the transition between Decision Seasons
– Exercise discretion and the utmost professionalism in confidential and sensitive matters
– Support the work of the Admissions team, collaborating within the team and working independently
– Host Campus Tours and Perform other Admissions tasks as directed

Skills
– Demonstrate proficiency in electronic record management systems, typing, and data-capturing skills
– Possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Work within the Admissions team and collaborate with other teams when necessary
– Utilize the gift of discernment, and remain committed to problem-solving
– Demonstrate Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
– Commit to Professional Development
Spiritual
– Must have a clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ
– Must be able to demonstrate active involvement in a local church
– Possess unquestioned character
Education
– Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
– Minimum of 3 Years Experience Working in Admissions or a Comparable Field
– Experience Managing Electronic Records
