Position Overview:
Kendall Christian School is seeking to hire a highly qualified Preschool Teacher for the upcoming 2026-
2027 school year. This 10-month position will be fostering a positive school climate, and enhancing the
educational experience for students. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and committed to
upholding the values and mission of our Christian community.
Job Requirements:
• FCCPC, or Bachelors Degree
• Help ensure a smooth, daily transition from home to the classroom.
• Maintain personal and professional development plans to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Demonstrate a mature personal Christian faith consistent with Kendall Christian School’s
Statement of Faith, active Church member, and exhibiting a close personal walk with Jesus Christ.
• Experience planning and developing curriculum
• Entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, initiative, and desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Ability to maintain an appropriate work/life balance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Possess solid communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills.
Fluent in the English language.

Full-Time Position
10-Month Position (August-May)
80% of employee health care costs are paid by the employer
Up to 5% matched annually toward a retirement fund
50% reduction in tuition for children of KCS employees
Supplemental summer employment is available
