Dual Enrollment Equivalency
This is a follow up question to an old discussion. What standard do you use for equivalency for dual enrollment college courses vs high school credit? – I am getting mixed information and no real guidance from the colleges themselves. For example, a 3 credit, one semester DE course in English Composition (approx. 8 weeks) – would you count that as 1 full high English school credit or .5 high school credit? Any insight would be wonderful, thank you!

This is last years for State of Florida. Suggestion would be to create a policy that you use so you can use it as reference.
English=1 HS credit
Math=College Algebra and higher 1 HS credit
Science=1 HS credit only if they take the lab component as well, otherwise .5 credit
