2nd Grade Classroom Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and nurturing 2nd Grade Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate will create a structured, engaging, and academically rich classroom environment that supports students’ intellectual, social, emotional, and character development.

Responsibilities include:

*Planning and delivering standards-based instruction in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies
*Strengthening foundational literacy skills, including phonics, reading fluency, and comprehension
*Developing strong math reasoning and problem-solving skills
*Monitoring student progress and providing differentiated instruction
*Maintaining a positive, well-managed classroom environment
*Communicating regularly and effectively with parents
*Collaborating with colleagues and administration to support student growth

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
*Teaching certification or eligibility (preferred)
*Experience in early elementary education (preferred)
*Strong classroom management and instructional skills
*A passion for helping young learners build confidence and independence
