K-8th Grade – Music Teacher

Music Teacher (Elementary/Middle School)

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated Music Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate will foster a love for music while developing students’ musical skills, creativity, and confidence in a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities include:

*Planning and delivering developmentally appropriate music instruction for assigned grade levels
*Teaching fundamental music concepts such as rhythm, melody, harmony, notation, and vocal technique
*Leading students in singing, movement, and basic instrumental experiences
*Preparing students for school performances, programs, and special events
*Creating a structured, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
*Collaborating with faculty and administration to support school-wide activities
*Communicating effectively with parents and staff

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field
*Teaching certification or eligibility (preferred)
*Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
*Strong classroom management and organizational skills
*Ability to inspire creativity and confidence through music
